Four steps from order to finished floor
Buying material is the easy part. The floor is won or lost on preparation, so this is the honest version of what you are taking on.
Tell us about the floor
Send the room size and a photo. We confirm whether this product suits your slab and how much you need.
Order and pay
Add to cart and check out. We confirm stock and shipping to your city, then take payment in full.
Prepare properly
Grind the concrete, fix the cracks, get rid of every trace of dust, and check for damp. This is the step that decides everything.
Mix, apply, cure
Mix to ratio, work in bays, keep off it while it cures. We are on WhatsApp the whole way through.

Shop Questions
Buying, paying and delivery
Shop orders require 100% advance payment. There is no cash on delivery. Place your order and we will reply on WhatsApp with the confirmed shipping cost and the payment details. Online card, JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast payments are not switched on for the shop yet, so nothing on the site asks for card details.
It depends on your city and the size of the order, so we quote it rather than publishing a flat rate that would be wrong for half the country. You get the exact figure before you pay, and nothing is dispatched until you have agreed it.
Send us the floor dimensions and we will work it out with you. We have not published a coverage-per-bucket figure yet, and we are not going to have the calculator invent one, because ordering short in the middle of a pour is a genuine problem.
Our written returns policy is being finalised, so rather than publish a promise we have not agreed internally, please ask us before ordering if returns matter to your decision. If a shipment arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent, contact us and we will put it right.
You need to be practical and willing to prepare the floor properly, which means grinding the concrete rather than just sweeping it. Small rooms are very doable. Large, commercial or damp floors are where DIY tends to go wrong, and we would say so rather than sell you the bucket.
The product's specification fields are marked "to be confirmed" on the product page. That is deliberate: mix ratio, pot life and cure times are things you must not guess at, so we will send you the real figures and the data sheets rather than publish numbers taken from a different product.
