Who we are

What this website collects

Nothing automatically. There is no account system, no newsletter signup, no advertising pixel, no analytics script and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies of our own to consent to.

How the enquiry forms work

The quotation form, the contact form and the price estimator all work the same way. When you press send, your browser assembles the details you typed into a text message and opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send. You choose whether to press send.

• Your details are not transmitted to this website or to any server we operate.
• Nothing is stored in a database, because this site does not have one.
• If you never press send in WhatsApp, we never receive your information at all.

Once you do send that message, it becomes an ordinary WhatsApp conversation between you and us, and it is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy.

What we do with information you send us

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use what you tell us — typically your name, phone number, city, and details about the floor you want — for one purpose: to answer you, arrange a site inspection and prepare a quotation. We keep that correspondence for as long as it is commercially useful (an enquiry, an active project, and the warranty period that follows it).

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. We share your details with someone else only where it is necessary to carry out your project — for example an installation team travelling to your site — or where the law requires it.

Photographs of your project

If we want to photograph a completed floor for our own portfolio, we ask you first. If you say no, that is the end of it, and it changes nothing about your project or your warranty.

Third-party services this site uses

A few things on these pages are loaded from other companies. When your browser requests them, that company necessarily sees your IP address and basic technical information, in the same way any website visit works:

• Google Fonts — supplies the two typefaces used across the site.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — opens when you choose to send us a message.
• Our web host — like all web hosting, it keeps standard server logs of requests.

We do not control those companies' own policies, and we do not receive analytics or personal data back from them.

Your choices

You can browse this entire website without giving us anything. If you have contacted us and want your details removed from our records, message or email us and we will delete them, apart from anything we are required to keep for tax, contractual or warranty purposes.

Children

This site is aimed at people arranging flooring work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything to the website that changes how information is handled — analytics, for example, or a form that actually submits to a server — we will update this page to say so plainly rather than quietly broadening it.

Photography credits

The photographs currently on this site are reference images used to illustrate the kinds of floors and spaces we work in. They are captioned to describe only what is in the frame.
