Finishes We Install

Our Work — Epoxy Flooring Finishes

3D Master Epoxy has been pouring seamless resin floors since 2012 — more than 1,200 floors, with offices in all major cities, one number for every city, and service all over Pakistan. This page sets out the finishes we build: the 3D, metallic, marble-effect, commercial and industrial systems, and the gloss levels that decide how each one reads in a real room.

Read this before you scroll. The images below are reference photographs that illustrate the finish types we install — the pattern language, the colour families and the gloss levels. They are not photographs of completed 3D Master Epoxy floors, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Our own project photography is being shot now and will replace this gallery. Until it does, we would rather show you exactly what a metallic pour or a marble-effect floor looks like and tell you plainly where the picture came from. When you are ready to specify, we make physical sample panels in your own colours, under your own lighting, before anything is installed.
Reading A Floor

A Photograph Shows About Half The Floor

A resin floor is not a flat picture. In a metallic system the pigment sits at different depths inside the resin, so the pattern shifts as you cross the room. In a 3D system the image sits under several millimetres of clear build coat, and it is that depth — not the artwork — that makes the floor read as a hole in the ground rather than a printed mat. Neither effect survives a still photograph intact. That is why we make sample panels, and why the honest thing to say about any gallery is that it shows the direction, not the destination.

Three variables change how the same system looks in two different rooms, and none of them are about the resin itself.

  • Gloss level. The topcoat decides reflection. The same marble-effect floor can read as a mirror or as honed stone depending on nothing more than which topcoat goes on last.
  • Light direction. Downlights rake across a gloss floor and pull the movement out of it. Flat, even daylight calms the same floor down considerably.
  • Room size and wall colour. A large veining scale that looks balanced in a showroom can overwhelm a 10 by 12 bedroom, and pale walls bounce light back into the floor and lift it a full tone.
  • What the floor has to survive. A home floor and an industrial floor can share a colour and share almost nothing else — thickness, aggregate and topcoat are specified around traffic, not looks.

The practical answer is always the same: we come out, look at your slab and your lighting, and make panels you can stand over in your own room before a single tin is opened.

Specification

Gloss Level Is A Decision, Not A Detail

It is the last coat that sets how the floor looks, how much cleaning it asks for and how it behaves underfoot when wet. Most people choose the pattern first and the gloss level last. It should be the other way round.

Gloss levels available on our resin floor systems and where each one suits
Finish How it reads Where it suits
High gloss Mirror reflection and maximum depth. Also the finish that shows dust, footprints and fine scratching most clearly. Showrooms, lobbies, feature rooms — spaces with matting at the doors and a cleaning routine.
Satin A soft sheen that keeps the pattern movement visible while hiding day-to-day marking far better. Restaurants, offices, clinics and family homes. The pragmatic choice in most rooms.
Matt Almost no reflection. Colour and texture read honestly, with no light bouncing off the surface. Workshops, production areas and interiors going for a stone-like, non-reflective look.
Slip-resistant A fine aggregate broadcast into the topcoat gives texture underfoot. The sheen drops slightly — that is the honest trade. Entrances, bathrooms, wash-down areas, ramps and any floor that regularly gets wet.
UV-stable topcoat A polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat specified to hold colour where sunlight lands, and to improve abrasion resistance. Floors under glazing, skylights or a sunlit shopfront.
Performance is set by the system, not by the picture. Abrasion, chemical resistance, slip resistance and UV stability all depend on the substrate, the surface preparation, the system specified, its thickness, the traffic it takes, the chemicals it meets, the temperature it lives at and how much direct sunlight it gets. Two floors that look identical in a photograph can be specified completely differently. We set out the build-up, the topcoat and the return-to-service times in writing in your quotation.
How It Becomes Your Floor

From A Reference Image To A Finished Surface

You pick a direction from a gallery like this one. We come out and inspect the slab free of charge — measuring the area, checking for rising moisture and looking at how the room is lit and used. Then we make sample panels in your colours. Only after you have approved a panel do we grind the slab, repair the cracks, prime, pour and topcoat. Surface preparation is the single biggest factor in whether a resin floor lasts, and most resin-floor cracking starts in the concrete underneath, not in the resin — so that is where the work actually begins.

We have offices in all major cities, one number for every city, and service all over Pakistan.

Lifetime warranty on workmanship & materials. We stand behind our floors for life. Our lifetime warranty covers workmanship and material defects — if the floor fails because of our installation or the materials we used, we repair it free of charge, with no time limit. Damage from misuse, chemical exposure outside the specified system, structural movement, or moisture rising through the slab is assessed separately. Full warranty terms are provided in writing with every project.
What We Can Stand Behind

No Testimonials Yet. Facts Instead.

We have not collected written client feedback we can publish, so there is none on this page. Inventing it would be the easiest thing on the internet to do and the fastest way to lose your trust. Here is what is verifiable about us instead.

14 years, since 2012

We have been installing resin floors under the same name since 2012. Fourteen years of pours means we have already made the mistakes that a new contractor is about to make on your slab.

1,200+ floors completed

Homes, showrooms, restaurants, clinics, warehouses and production floors. Volume is what lets us tell you early which system your room actually needs, instead of selling you the one we prefer to install.

Offices in all major cities

Offices in all major cities, one number for every city, and service all over Pakistan. You are dealing with the team that will be standing on your floor, not a broker passing the job on.

Lifetime warranty

Lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials, issued in writing with every project. If the floor fails because of our installation or the materials we used, we repair it free of charge. Read the full terms.

Free site inspection, written quotation

We measure the area, assess the slab and check for rising moisture at no cost. What comes back is a fixed written quotation naming the system, the topcoat and the return-to-service times — not a rate shouted down the phone.
