About The Company

About 3D Master Epoxy

We install seamless resin floors — 3D, metallic, marble, self-levelling and heavy-duty industrial systems — for homes, showrooms, clinics, warehouses and factories. Fourteen years of work, more than 1,200 floors completed, offices in all major cities, one number for every city, service all over Pakistan, and a lifetime warranty on our workmanship and the materials we use.

Who We Are

An Established Contractor, Not A Startup

3D Master Epoxy has been installing resin floors since 2012. That is fourteen years of continuous work and more than 1,200 floors completed — decorative floors in homes, display floors in showrooms, hygienic surfaces in clinics and kitchens, and heavy-duty screeds in warehouses and production areas.

We are a working flooring contractor, not a trading company that subcontracts the job to whoever is available. We have offices in all major cities, every enquiry goes to one number, +92 331 2969819, and we provide service all over Pakistan. The same people who grind and prime your slab are the people who pour and finish it, which is the only reliable way to keep a resin floor consistent from one end of a room to the other.

Fourteen years also means we have seen how floors fail. Slabs that were never tested for moisture. Coatings rolled over dust. Decorative systems specified into rooms that needed a screed. Most of what we do well is a direct consequence of having watched those mistakes and refusing to repeat them.

How We Work

Three Things Decide Whether A Floor Lasts

Almost every resin floor that fails early fails for one of three reasons, and none of them are the colour on top. This is the order we work in, on a bathroom in a house and on a 40,000 sqft production floor alike.

  1. Surface preparation — the single biggest quality factor

Nothing else on this page matters as much. A resin floor is only as good as its bond to the slab, and that bond is made or lost during preparation. We mechanically prepare every floor by diamond grinding, which removes laitance, old coatings, adhesive residue and the weak surface skin, and opens the concrete so the primer can key into it.

We do not coat over dust. We do not coat over a floor that has simply been swept and washed. A resin system installed on an unprepared slab can look perfect for months and then lift in sheets, and when it does, the resin is almost never the problem. Preparation is also why a proper quotation separates preparation from the finish — so you can see what you are paying for.

  2. Specification matched to the environment

Epoxy is a family of resin systems, not one product. Thin coatings suit light foot traffic. Self-levelling slurries give a flat, seamless decorative floor for homes, showrooms and offices. Mortars and screeds carry the thickness needed for forklifts, impact, dropped tooling and aggressive washdowns. The right answer depends on how the space is actually used, not on what is easiest to sell.

So we ask questions that sound tedious and are not: what rolls across this floor, what gets spilled on it, how often is it washed and with what, does sunlight land on it through glazing, does it get wet, does it need to be walked on safely in shoes that are already wet. Those answers drive the build-up, the thickness and — crucially — the topcoat, which is where abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, slip resistance and UV stability are actually decided.

  3. Slab moisture assessment before anything is poured

Moisture vapour rising through a concrete slab is one of the leading causes of resin floor failure. The resin has low permeability, so vapour pushing up from underneath collects at the bond line and eventually debonds or blisters the floor. It is invisible on the day of installation and expensive months later.

We assess the slab for rising moisture before we specify. The industry approaches this with in-situ relative humidity probes and calcium chloride vapour emission testing, and the underlying principle is the same in every case: find out what the slab is doing before you seal it. Where moisture is present we specify a moisture-tolerant primer or a barrier system so the floor performs long term. This assessment is part of every free site inspection.

And one thing we cannot fix with resin. Most resin floor cracking originates in the concrete substrate, not in the coating. If your slab is moving, a new floor will eventually show it. We repair cracks, treat joints and tell you plainly when we think the substrate is the real problem — including on the rare occasions when the honest answer is that you should not spend money on a resin floor yet.

Coverage

All Over Pakistan, One Number

Homes and showrooms are usually a few days of work. Industrial and commercial floors are programmed around your operation, phased so production or trading can continue, and often run at night or over a shutdown. Either way, the inspection is free and the quotation is fixed in writing before anyone starts.

Our Warranty

Lifetime Warranty On Workmanship & Materials

This is the part of our offer we are asked about most, so here it is in full, in the same words that appear in your written warranty document.

We stand behind our floors for life. Our lifetime warranty covers workmanship and material defects — if the floor fails because of our installation or the materials we used, we repair it free of charge, with no time limit. Damage from misuse, chemical exposure outside the specified system, structural movement, or moisture rising through the slab is assessed separately. Full warranty terms are provided in writing with every project.

What that means in plain English

The line that matters is the cause, not the calendar. If the floor has failed because of something we did or something we supplied, we come back and repair it at our cost — however long ago we installed it. If the floor has been damaged by something outside the system we specified, we look at it, tell you honestly what happened, and price the repair.

Covered — repaired free of charge

  • Workmanship defects. Anything that goes wrong because of how we prepared, primed, poured or finished the floor.
  • Material defects. Faults in the resin systems we selected and supplied for your project.
  • Bond failure caused by our installation or the materials we used. Delamination, lifting or debonding that traces back to us.
  • No time limit. The cover is for the life of the floor, not a number of years.

Assessed separately — case by case

  • Misuse. Impact, dragged steel, dropped tooling or loads the specified system was never built to take.
  • Chemical exposure outside the specified system. Substances the floor was not specified to resist.
  • Structural movement in the building. Slab movement, settlement or new cracking originating in the concrete below.
  • Moisture rising through the slab. Changes in groundwater or drainage after installation, or a source that did not exist when the slab was assessed.
  • Damage caused by third-party work. Other trades cutting, drilling, welding, spilling or scaffolding on the finished floor.

Assessed separately does not mean refused. It means we come and look, establish what actually caused it, and give you a straight answer — because a floor that debonded from a moisture source nobody could have seen is a different conversation from a floor that was ground into by a contractor's angle grinder.

Full warranty terms are provided in writing with every project. Not a line on an invoice and not a verbal promise — a document handed over with the floor, setting out the system installed, the topcoat specified, the return-to-service times and exactly what is covered. If you have a floor from us and something is wrong with it, message us on WhatsApp with photographs and we will arrange to come and see it.
Straight Talk

What We Don't Claim

Most flooring marketing in this market is written by people who have never ground a slab. Here is what you will not find us saying, and why.

  • We do not publish certifications we do not hold. If we have not been assessed against a standard, we will not print its name on a website to borrow its authority. Judge us on fourteen years of floors and on what we are willing to put in writing.
  • We do not promise a floor that can never scratch, never yellow or never need care. Resin can be scratched by grit. Epoxy can amber in direct sunlight unless a UV-stable topcoat is specified. Smooth resin is slippery when wet unless a slip-resistant finish is specified. A good floor is one where those trade-offs were understood and designed around, not hidden.
  • We do not quote a single number for performance. Real performance depends on the substrate, the surface preparation, the system specified, the thickness, the traffic, the chemical exposure, the temperature and the UV exposure. Anyone giving you one figure for all floors is quoting a brochure, not your building.
  • We would rather quote accurately after seeing your slab than give you a number over the phone. A phone figure is either padded to protect the contractor or optimistic enough to become an argument later. Our inspection is free, the measurement is ours, and the quotation that follows is fixed and in writing.
What we will tell you. Our resin flooring starts from Rs. 570 per sqft for a straightforward solid-colour or self-levelling floor, and the rate rises with metallic, marble and custom 3D work, with slab condition and area moving it in both directions. That figure is indicative, for planning only. The number that counts arrives after the inspection, and it does not change afterwards.
