Epoxy Flooring in Islamabad & Rawalpindi
Our Islamabad office covers the capital, Rawalpindi and the wider twin-cities area. Decorative resin floors for homes and offices, hard-wearing systems for workshops and car parks, and a free site inspection before anyone quotes you a number.
Working in the twin cities
Islamabad and Rawalpindi are two quite different flooring markets sitting next to each other. On the Islamabad side most of our work arrives from new construction and refurbishment: houses being finished in the sectors and in the DHA and Bahria developments, corporate offices fitting out, dental and medical clinics, and cafes and restaurants where the floor has to look right in photographs and still survive a service rush. On the Rawalpindi side there is more retrofit work, more older concrete, and more workshops and commercial units where the priority is durability rather than appearance.
Because both are within a short drive of the same office, we can inspect quickly and schedule without the travel planning a distant project needs. That matters more than it sounds: most of the cost risk in a resin floor comes from surprises in the slab, and surprises are cheaper to find during a free inspection than halfway through an installation.
What we install here most often
The twin cities lean decorative in homes and functional in commercial and light-industrial space. In practice the requests fall into a few groups:
- New-build homes in the sectors, DHA and Bahria — metallic and marble-effect floors in lounges, bedrooms and bathrooms, where a seamless surface with no grout lines is easier to live with than tiles.
- Corporate offices and co-working floors — satin finishes that hide micro-scratching and footprints better than full gloss in a space crossed hundreds of times a day.
- Clinics and dental practices — hygienic, easy-to-sterilise surfaces suitable for clinical environments, with coving at the wall junction so there is no corner to trap dirt.
- Cafes and restaurants — slip-resistant finishes behind the counter and in wash areas, with something more decorative out front.
- Basement car parks in newer apartment buildings — line marking, bay numbering, anti-slip on the ramp, and a light-reflective finish that makes a dark basement cheaper to light.
- Light industrial units around the I-9 and I-10 industrial areas — thicker systems specified around point loads, pallet traffic and whatever chemicals are actually used on site.
If your project does not look like any of those, that is fine. The specification is driven by how the floor will be used, not by which category it falls into.
Two local conditions we plan around
Cold winter nights slow the cure
Resin systems are temperature-sensitive. In December and January, twin-cities night temperatures drop far enough that an unheated room can sit below the range where a system cures properly, and a floor that cures too slowly or too cold can end up with a soft or patchy finish. This is a scheduling problem, not an impossible one. We work to the daytime window, allow longer between coats, and where a space cannot be kept warm enough we say so before starting rather than after. In winter, expect us to quote a slightly longer programme for the same floor.
Basement and ground-floor slabs and rising moisture
A lot of the twin-cities work we get asked about is at or below ground level: basement parking, lower-ground stores, ground-floor rooms built directly on a slab. Those are exactly the slabs where moisture can travel up through the concrete, and moisture arriving underneath a resin floor is one of the most common reasons a floor debonds or blisters months after it looked perfect.
So we assess the slab for rising moisture before specifying, and where moisture is present we specify a moisture-tolerant primer or barrier system. That assessment is part of the free inspection, not an extra. It is also the single most useful thing we do before touching the floor.
How the free inspection works locally
Message or call with your area of Islamabad or Rawalpindi and roughly how big the space is. We arrange a visit, measure properly, look at the existing floor, check the slab, and talk through how the room is actually used. You then get a fixed written quotation that names the system, the finish and the return-to-service time. There is no obligation and no charge for the visit.
Every floor is handed over with our lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials, and the full terms in writing. You can read exactly what that covers before you commit to anything.
What this office covers
The Islamabad team works across Islamabad and Rawalpindi as its home region, including the surrounding cantonment and satellite developments. For larger projects we also mobilise further afield, and our Lahore office covers central Punjab.
Elsewhere in the country we travel to the job: Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Peshawar and other cities are served by mobilising a team rather than by a local branch. We have offices in all major cities, one number, and service across Pakistan.
