We come to you, measure the area properly, look at the slab, check for cracks and rising moisture and talk through the finish options in the actual light of the room. There is no charge for this and no pressure attached to it.

It sets out the system, the preparation, the thickness, the topcoat, the return-to-service times and the price, with preparation priced as its own line so you can see what you are paying for. Nothing appears as an extra later.

Five Things That Get You A Faster, Better Answer
None of these are compulsory. They are simply what lets us give you a useful range on the first reply instead of a list of questions.
- Your city. It sets the team, the schedule and whether the job needs a mobilisation.
- Roughly how big the area is. Length and width in feet is plenty. The rate per sqft falls as the area grows, so the total matters.
- What the space is. A bedroom, a showroom, a restaurant kitchen and a warehouse aisle need four different systems.
- A photo or two of the existing floor. Tiles, bare concrete, old coating, cracks, damp patches. This is the single most useful thing you can send.
- Your timeline. Whether the floor is going in next month or next quarter changes how we sequence it against the other trades.
We will not quote a floor properly over the phone. We can give you an indicative range in minutes, and the budget calculator will get you into the right ballpark for planning. The figure you can rely on comes after the free site inspection, in writing. Performance and price both depend on the substrate, the surface preparation, the system specified, the thickness, the traffic, chemical exposure, temperature and UV exposure — and we cannot see any of that down a phone line.
